Climaventures is designed to help build and scale climate solutions in Pakistan by supporting technology- and innovation-led ventures from early-stage development through to investment and growth.

Pakistan’s climate needs are urgent, yet the pathway for climate ventures remains underdeveloped. Many early-stage businesses face fragmented support, limited specialised venture-building assistance, and a shortage of risk-tolerant capital. In addition, climate impact measurement, reporting, and communication frameworks remain weak across the ecosystem, making it difficult for ventures to clearly demonstrate their climate contribution, attract investors, and position themselves for scale.

To help address this gap, CRCC is establishing a Climate Clinic as a foundational platform to help ventures assess, articulate, and strengthen their climate impact and investment readiness. The Climate Clinic is designed to prepare ventures for the next stage of support under Climaventures — which includes both the Venture Accelerator and the Climaventures Equity Fund.

The Venture Accelerator focuses on strengthening the base of the ecosystem by helping early-stage ventures refine their business models, improve readiness, and access the technical and strategic support needed to become investable. The Climaventures Equity Fund then focuses on growth, backing scalable ventures with the potential to deliver both climate impact and commercial returns, while helping crowd in private investment into climate-relevant sectors.

Together, the Climate Clinic, Venture Accelerator, and Climaventures Equity Fund create an integrated pathway for climate ventures to emerge, grow, and scale in Pakistan.
