About Climate Resourcing Coordination Centre Programme (CRCC)

The Climate Resourcing Coordination Centre (CRCC) was established through a strategic partnership between the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and the National Rural Support Programme (NRSP). As NRSP’s flagship Climate Finance Facility, CRCC plays a central role in unlocking and scaling climate finance for Pakistan.

CRCC strengthens Pakistan’s ability to access international climate finance by providing technical expertise and structured support to the Government of Pakistan and private sector stakeholders while helping translate climate priorities into fundable, investment-ready programmes.

Through strategic collaboration with public and private institutions, CRCC has enabled innovative financing models and policy-linked investments, expanding the country’s climate finance pipeline.

At the national level, CRCC works closely with key institutions such as the Ministry of Climate Change, the Global Climate Change Impact Studies Centre (GCISC), and the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), contributing to policy development and institutional capacity building.
